Our 3 ringing learners are coming on very well. The 2 newer ones will soon catch up with the longest attending one. One of the newer ones seems quite natural at it. I introduced a new part of the process yesterday and she instinctively made a move to the next part, so I introduced that too.
First day back at work for what seems like ages. Its only been 5 days but seems much longer. However, it will only be a 2 day working week for me, as I’m off again for the Essex Ringing Course.
My project go live will undoubtedly be put on hold again and this will now cause operatidal issues but we’ll figure out a way to resolve it for the time being.
My desired feeling:
Purposeful.

Heading in to work with a new sense of purpose and drive. Need to get the project over the line so will be putting pressure on colleagues to deliver quickly. Need to be moving on to the next thing.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Burgundy trousers and camel coloured high neck top. Apparently its goigg to be rainy and windy later today. Gibraltar bracelet, long chain necklace and teardrop diamond earrings. Feeling good about having lost a few lb and inches and how trousers fit more comfortably.
I will show up for myself by:
Back to healthier food choices after lots of chocolate over the weekend. Straight into granola, a chicken and cabbage salad, and dried fruit shacks.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Hopefully if I get a chance and its dry, will be able to get out for a walk at lunchtime.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Allowing myself a night off. No meetings, no ringing anywhere and no admin that can’t wait.

One of our learners gave me (us) a box of chocolates last night from their Easter trip to Ireland. They look very nice and will be saved in order to savour them properly.
