My shoulders, upper arms and small of my back ache this morning after yesterday’s ringing. I did manage half a JWW when we got home. I was tired and a bit sore but did what I could. Some was better than none and I figured I’d been ringing for 4 hours during the day, so that was exercise enough.

Refreshed.

Day 2 of the ringing course and I’m in a different group with a different method, just the one this time. But we’re at the same tower I was at yesterday. New bunch of people to meet and see how they got on yesterday. It’ll be a longer day today as there’s the social this evening, meaning we won’t get home until after 10pm.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:

As there was no guest speaker and buffet yesterday C and I ended up having to go via Sainsbury’s as we didn’t have any dinner in. We ended up just buying snacky things because neither of us good be bothered with a full meal. However, we probably ended up eating the same calories as a full meal. So today, I know what I’m having for lunch, which is not particularly good, but I will make my breakfast smoothie again and take apple and peanut dip for afternoon snack again, to keep me away from the biscuits.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Visiting the same church and pub as yesterday so nowhere new to look around, but still take in the open space and fresh air.

Will not be able to respond to anything today as won’t be home until very late. It’ll all have to wait until the weekend now.

C recognising I wanted to do a workout yesterday when we got in. He said he’d stay out of the way for a bit so I could do my “jumping around”. He’s getting the idea now!
