I’m currently feeling:
Drained.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Probably last week catching up on me as well as a late night last night. 4 days of Lots of ringing, then started early yesterday for a bell handling lesson for our learners. By the time we’d got home from the pub it was l1pm. I was really tired to the point my body was starting to get fidgety. I fell asleep on the sofa then went to bed at midnight.

I didn’t get time he fit in a JWW as I was straight in from work, dinner, then out again.

My desired feeling:
Lively.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
I’m on a coaching training session most of today, and its very interactive. Throughout the day I will have to play the parts of coachee, coach and observer. I’ll need to be taking notes throughout as that’s the work I’ll need to submit afterwards.

I’ve decided to work from home as I’d just be on calls all day but it was actually driven by my desire to do a JWW. I really feel I’ve not progressed very well, partly to do with not being able to do many over the last week because of the ringing course. I do feel like I can last longer, do more reps etc whilst doing them, but there are still some exercises I struggle with because of poor core or upper body strength. I knew it will come if Istick to it. I’m due to checkin again in 14 days time when I could progress to the final beginner cycle. That will also make me think about whether I want to pay to contime after my free subscription expires.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
At home and stuck on the laptop all day. Grey jeans and dark grey top. Comfortable, light but sensible for representing my organisation on a Zoom call all day. Gibraltar bracelet and a matching necklace and earring set with small discs.

I will show up for myself by:
Committing to my coaching teaching session and a JWW. I won’t have to commute so will have plenty of time before dinner.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Working from home will give me a different view out of the window. The trees are starting to get to full blossom and one in particular seems to positively shine in the sunlight.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
I will need to crack out some emails tonight. There are some that have remained unanswered for over a week now.

Today I am:
Restarting.

Today I am grateful for:
The ability to work from home as and when I need, or want to. I have the tools to do so, and the space. My home office area is quite nice, I try to keep my desk clear and tidy so there’s room for both my home and work laptops.
