Yesterday’s coaching training session went well. In the afternoon we got to do some Peer to Peer coaching. One person was the coach, another the coachee and a third acted as observer and fedback. I volunteered to coach first. We only had 15 minutes so I set myself a timer to make sure I stuck to time. Afterwards the feedback from both the others was really positive, calling me a natural and the coachee felt it was a real session and would like me to coach them.
As I’d spent the day at home, I didn’t have to wait to get to do a JWW. I can feel myself getting stronger and fitter. I can do more reps, keep up with Joe and hold positions for longer. This particular workout was a killer when I first did it, having to get up and down on the floor, however yesterday, I barely noticed having to do that. I still can’t plank for more than about 10 seconds but I’m getting better.
I’d messaged R a question about the Libby app and rather than type a response she face timed us which was a lovely surprise. She talked me through what I needed to do then we talked about her upcoming holiday. She’s got everything planned and when I mentioned contacting us daily so we know she’s ok, she said “of course”. It was a lovely conversation.

I’m wide awake today. Raring to go. I know I don’t have quite so much in the diary today, so it might feel a bit slow, but I want to stay with my wide awake, energetic vibe. Get home to smash out another JWW then clear some more emails.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Black trousers, bright orange coloured, linen top. Gold cuff bracelet, long chain necklace and solid hoop earrings. Bright and cheery to reflect my energy.
I will show up for myself by:
Have almost relost the gains of last week, so important to stick with healthy eating, drinking plenty and exercising.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Find time to get out at lunchtime for a walk and listen to a podcast.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Clearing some more emails and sending a confirmation to our learners regarding additional handling sessions.

Feeling good about myself and in a positive mindset and ready for action. I rarely feel too down and try to have a positive outlook on life, make the most of what I have and opportunities that arise.
