Flowing

I’m currently feeling:
Astounded.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Visit to the dentist yesterday went well. She was very understanding about my apprehension and the fact I can’t tip my head too far back without getting wobbly. She visually checked my teeth without poking at them, then took xrays, and did a little plaque scraping on my lower front teeth. She said she couldn’t see any further decay, or cause to have to do any work at the moment. I was quite pleased at that but wondered why she didn’t use a tool to test my teeth for sticky, soft patches. Maybe she was easing me back in gently.

I ever got around to baking some lemon muffins. Haven’t baked in ages and this was a real easy one to do, and very tasty!

We had a bell handling session for core of our learners in the afternoon which went well. He’s got a few bad habits we need to iron out before he goes too much farther.

Home again and I finished reading The Scarlet Letter, added it to my reading stats for the year, and found an easier, light hearted book to read next. I then smashed out a JWW. Probably the toughest one yet that I’ve managed to do all exercises, to their hardest level and keep up with him. I was hot and sweaty by the end.

A quick light dinner then out again for another bell handing session for our other 2 recruits. They are coming on really well and we moved them onto the next stage of putting it all together. The lady I am with really does seem to be a natural. We demonstrated how to put both strokes together and she got it right from the start, maintains good handling and pulling. It was a real pleasure to work with her. C was with her husband and he moved on as well but struggled a little getting his hands out of the way, but still did very well considering this is the most difficult part to master.

Back home again for a relax in front of the tv and nap before bedtime.

My desired feeling:
Flowing.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
C is out for a few hours ringing a peal which means I get to do what I want. I’m going into town to get birthday presents and cards. I might get some more workout outfits if I can find anything I like that doesn’t cost the earth. I’ve got some admin to do on the PC, a workout, dinner, then we’re going to the cinema.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Grey jeans and sage, off the shoulder jumper. Triple bracelets, link chain necklace and long leaf earrings. Edgy, feminine.

I will show up for myself by:
Sticking to my JWW plans. I can definitely feel and see improvements, so want to see how far I can get with the free trial, I’m coming up to the end of the and mouth. Then I’ll. determine whether to invest further, depending on how much it costs.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Leisurely walk around town, find some new active wear, buy new fresh flowers for the lounge and enjoy a healthy lunch. {

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Getting up to date with some outstanding admin actions. Clearing the in boxes far as possible.

Today I am:
Productive.

Today I am grateful for:
Having some free time to myself. I was explaining this to our learners yesterday, now ringing allows C and I to do it together, but also we can go places and ring with others independently then come back and share it.
