I’m currently feeling:
Dynamic.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Had a great day yesterday. Ringing in the morning followed by ironing and an early lunch so C could go out ringing again. I prepped my lunches for the week ahead. Then cracked on with the in boxes. One sticking point was a questionnaire we need to send out that someone else was supposed to be doing but hadn’t, so I took what we’d already produced and put into a free questionnaire app. I sent the other person a link to it to check it out. They responded almost immediately. No mention about not having completed their previous action. Anyway, I think it’s ready to go out later this week. I cleared a bunch of other stuff as well which was pleasing. Then, before settling down I went straight on with a JWW. I kept up, did all the rounds and aced it. I could definitely feel it afterwards though. Someone had posted the ingredients for a Biscoff smoothie on the Body Coach FB page which I’d taken a screen shot of and decided to make that for a post workout refuel. It was absolutely delicious. Only then did I allow myself to sit down and read. It wasn’t long afterward C arrived home. We chatted for a while, watched some TV before he went on the PC and I nodded off!

My desired feeling:
Epic.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
I have my first real coaching session today with one of my gineau pigs. I’ve got everything I think I need in a folder, ready to go through the housekeeping and start their first conversation. I’m looking forward to it and feeling confident based on the feedback from the course last week. I’ll be working from home the rest of the day so we can get to ringing early this evening for our learners.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Feeling good this morning so dressed up a bit. Camel, long skirt, black polo neck jumper. Gold cuff bracelet, Oliver Bonus dangly earrings and matching 2 stranded necklace. Feel quite glamorous today.

I will show up for myself by:
Being prepared for the coaching session with a checklist to go through to make sure I don’t miss anything important out, and a cribsheet for making notes during the session.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Working from home so view from our study is showing a tree with deep red blossom when the light strikes it it looks glorious.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Finalising latest CC AGM update to go for publication. If I get it sent tonight it might go in this weeks edition.

Today I am:
Confident.

Today I am grateful for:
Having given my body a day of rest, and coming back full of energy and vitality. Ready for the week ahead. Ready for new challenges and successes.
