Accomplished

I’m currently feeling:
Chuffed.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
My first practical coaching session went really well yesterday morning. I arrived in plenty of time to review everything I had prepared. We got on really well from the outset, conversation flowed without being too formulaic. I asked for feedback at the end and they said they were sceptical at first, but already could realise the benefit of it, and I had already asked some difficult questions that made them think. That really set me up for the rest of the day. I didn’t have time for a JWW as we had an early bell handling session. That went pretty well too.

My desired feeling:
Accomplished.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
A full diary today, then out ringing again. Need to stay focussed and determined in order to get through it all. Not sure if I’ll have time for a JWW before dinner but hopefully could squeeze in half of one at least.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Feeling a bit slinky today. Gone for a black bodycon dress, black tights and boots. Gold cuff bracelet, long chain necklace and gold hoop earrings. Business, but sultry.

I will show up for myself by:
Sticking to healthy eating. Getting out for a walk at lunchtime if I can fit one in. Squeezing in even a little workout before dinner if I can.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Noticing the grounds and gardens as I walk at lunchtime. We are lucky to have lots of green space around our site and lots of signs off spring.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Quick refresher of the special methods for this evening even though there’s some confusion as to which ones they are.

Today I am:
Slinky.

Today I am grateful for:
How I can start to see the shape of my body changing from the JWWs. I can see particularly my tummy is tightening and I can see my toes rather than my belly!
