I may not look it, and the scales aren’t necessarily reflecting it, but certainly after last night’s JWW I feel slimmer. The workout was a combination of HIIT and abs work and I really pushed myself to do all the reps, keep up with Joe and push that little bit extra. I felt my tummy muscles really working hard. It was interesting to see my stats afterwards and note my heart rate barely registered into the cardio zone. Must mean that particular workout isn’t pushing me hard enough. I’m four days away from my next checkin and next level of workouts and food options. I can’t be far off reaching my next level badge for the number of workouts done either.

A mixed bag workwise today. Several meetings, a bit of admin and visit to the department. Catching up with To Do things that have been in my box waiting but not urgent.
Online ringing with family this evening, hopefully after a JWW. Then it’ll be tina to relax ahead of a reasonably busy Bank Holiday weekend.

Navy trousers and pink, green and white patterned blouse. Gibraltar bracelet, multistone hoop necklace and diamond teardrop earnings. Smart, casual.

I still didn’t get out for a wallk yesterday, but today the diary is a bit freer, so it should happen today. Will be good to stretch my legs.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Tidying my little corner of the lounge. Papers, magazines and books have all piled up and slipping about. Untidy and unhelpful.

I have scheduled a series of tasks to complete over the course of the weekend that will get a variety of things out of the way for good.

As spring is settling in, the lighter, brighter mornings are easier to get up and about to. The longer, lighter evenings keep me awake and active longer.
