Brilliant night at the O2 to see Duran Duran. Met up with R fresh from her holiday in Edinburgh, full of tales. Bought some over priced merchandise, but had to be done. Sung and danced myself horse. Just the best time in absolutely ages. Home just after midnight, exhausted but happy. Bit tired this morning.

Need to keep awake as chairing several meetings today. Not sure how the voice is going the hold out. Ringing teaching session this evening. Unlikely to be able to fit in any JWW this week because of extra bell handling sessions every night ahead of coronation weekend.

Not really had much time to think about outfits for this week. Opted for camel skirt and camel poloneck top. Cuff bracelet, matching gold/pearl necklace and earrings. Simple, classy, elegant.
I will show up for myself by:
Eating well and staying hydrated. If I get a chance to either go out for a walk at lunchtime, or squeeze in a JWW I’ll be lucky.

Making the most of being in the office. Making sure everything I need for this afternoons workshop is ready.

Was mable to seed the questionnaire out, ffor technical reasons. If I can’t get it to work, I’ll Love to rethink how to do it.

C. He made my lunches for this week yesterday whilst I was out partying. It didn’t need much doing, but grateful that he did it, otherwise I’d be going hungry or eating shop bought rubbish.
