I’m currently feeling:
Thrilled.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
Had a great day at the office. Several meetings were shorter than advertised and a couple got cancelled, so freed up time to do other tasks.
My outfit was complimented, as was my hair, which I think needs cutting but someone said it Looked different and nice.
I got home and did a full JWW before dinner. The first in about 10 days.
My nomination form for Deputy President has now been sent to my proposer so that’s all in motion now too.
This morning I jump on the scales and I’ve moved into a lower stone bracket. First time since mid-February.
My desired feeling:
Dynamite.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
On the ride of feeling good from yesterday I’m feeling good about myself, pleased with progress and already back on track for being more elegant and feminine. I’m off to another site this warning to train some people on risk assessments, then will work the rest of the day from home. Bash out another JWW and early meal before going out to assess a ringing teacher for their qualification.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Wearing a navy and white dress that’s a little cosy, so makes me have to pull my tummy in. Its probably one of the nicest non-cocktail dresses I own. Light material, side splits and lowish cleavage but not too much. I really feel good ian it. I’m wearing a navy blazer over the top, but knee high black boots as it rained an awful lot yesterday so there’ll be puddles everywhere. Gibraltar bracelet, gold coin matching necklace and earrings.
I will show up for myself by:
Feeling good and continuing with healthy eating, exercise now I can again, and hydrated.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Drive to Orsett, a quaint little hospital site with a fabulous group of people keen to learn.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Completing the official paperwork as soon as I get home from doing the assessment this evening.
Today I am:
Fabulous, darling!
Today I am grateful for:
The person who is nominating me for Deputy President, who contacted me the day before he’s going into hospital, to make sure he gets a chance to do the paperwork. Wouldn’t have been on my list of concerns.
