I’m currently feeling:
Busy.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
I’ve got a lot of scheduled tasks to do today. Most of them won’t take that long to complete, small, fiddly things thatjust need to be done and got out of the way. We’ll go out a bit later into town so C can replace a stay that was broken on one of the bells by a learner on Monday. I need to fit in a workout, may do some baking either today or tomorrow. Then we have a district practice at Great Totham this evening.
My desired feeling:
Organised.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
I have all my tasks scheduled and documented so I don’t forget one. In my mind I can get most of those done whilst C is in the bathroom. I can then get the cake in the oven. It can be cooling whilst we go fix the stay. I can decorate it when we get back, do a workout then relax and read for a bit before dinner and out again. Plenty of time to fit it all in.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Rock chick today. Burgundy fake leather trousers. Black tshirt. Gibraltar bracelet, star pendant necklace and matching earrings. Comfortable for ringing in, with an edge.
I will show up for myself by:
Tackling all my tasks for today and clearing the decks ready for tomorrow. Baking a cake for the pure pleasure of it.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Time for new flowers which I can buy when we go to fix the stay. Baking a cake just for us, just because.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Writing up the PR workgroup notes and sending them out with some other thoughts and attachments and a Doodlepoll to arrange the next one.
Today I am:
Occupied.
Today I am grateful for:
Having a day where I can fit all this extra stuff into. I used to have to do these things in the evenings after a full day’s work, or cram it in at a weekend, if I was lucky. Now, I can save some things up to do them on a Friday without it seriously impacting my life.
