I’m currently feeling:
Ready.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
The sun is shining and weather turned warmer. I’ve decided today is the day for changing over winter to summer wardrobes. C is out for a few hours this afternoon so I can spend a bit of time having a sort out. I may sneak out too and go to the big Next store with my voucher. There’s a sports shop there too so I may look for a workout mat whilst I’m at it.

My desired feeling:
Vital.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Ringing first, then sort clothes out and ironing before an early lunch. Then cook for lunches for the week ahead, and bash out the last workout in the set. Feeling full of vitality, awake and ready. Probably not a coincidence but since working out more, I’m sleeping better and my sleep scores have increased, meaning a better quality sleep. That, and the lighter, longer days always makes me feel more alert and active.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Blue jeans and bright pink tshirt. Bright and cheery. Practical for ringing and housework. Gibraltar bracelet, multistone necklace and Tiffany teardrop studs. Classic.

I will show up for myself by:
Food prep and exercise. Plenty of water and fresh air.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Wardrobe swapping. Sorting out what stays and what goes either to my sister or charity shop.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Clearing any new emails and moving behind the scenes photos to Teams channel for sharing.

Today I am:
Full of the joys of spring.

Today I am grateful for:
Having a couple of hours to myself this afternoon to do what I want to without feeling guilty or harrassed.
