My thoughts creating this feeling:
Final beginner cycle check in for JWW this morning. Had to take all my measurements again. I wasn’t holding out much hope for spectacular progress and if you compare the end of cycle 2 with end of cycle 3, there’s not much in it, however if you compare the end of cycle 3 with the beginning stats, I’ve achieved quite a bit. Lost 5lb in weight and a total of 12 inches over various body parts, the most I’m excited about was total of 6 and a half inches off my waist. It’s all in the long game. So I’ve just checked into the first Intermediate cycle where it ramps up and in the 2nd cycle starts to introduce weights! I’m still waiting for my full membership introductory offer but even if I end up paying full price, its worth it.

My desired feeling:
Chilled.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
We have no plans for this Bank Holiday. A leisurely wake up. Some admin and a new JWW before running a learners practice tonight. No rushing about. No worries, no hassle.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Not quite as sunny this morning but I’m sticking with the jean shorts, electric blue, deep v neck tshirt. Gibraltar bracelet and matching blue topaz earrings and necklace. Beautifully blue.

I will show up for myself by:
So motivated today for good, healthy food, exercise and mental rest.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Time to swap out the winter dressing gown for the summer lilac silk one. Feels very smooth and sensual against my skin.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Getting on with admin tasks I’ve been avoiding over the last few days.

Today I am:
Feeling great.

Today I am grateful for:
The opportunity to trial JWW with his free NHS 3 month trial. Its given me the kick up the backside I needed to get back to a healthier lifestyle. Pushing myself to go that little bit harder and further. Enjoying different foods, different exercise routines in the comfort of my own home.
