Weigh in day for Slimming World today and I’ve lost 3lb since last week which is amazing considering that enormous afternoon tea on Tuesday!
I’ve hit every JWW this week. Really pushing myself to do full planks and press ups. Can start to feel it now. Apart from Tuesday I’ve eaten on plan with no extras.
Yesterday was given a thank you gift from someone that was unexpected, unnecessary and extremely generous. To the point it was embarrassing. I was only doing what needed to be done, but nonetheless, very grateful for the kind gesture.
And today I have a few hours to myself, I’m going to enjoy some retail therapy. I want to buy a proper sports bra so I can do all the “explosive” exercises without having to hold everything down!

I have some admin to attend to and a short meeting this afternoon so it will be good to get things out of the way and a clear inbox again.

Relaxed and summery today. Jean shorts, a very pale green vest top and burgundy cashmere cardigan. Gibraltar bracelet, Oliver Bonus necklace and matching earrings. Functional and light.

Firing out another JWW this afternoon to keep the momentum going. Eating and drinking healthily.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
A wander into town to the sports shops. Get some new flowers for the lounge.

Answering emails. AGM 2025 meeting this afternoon. Clearing some admin.
