I’m currently feeling:
Refreshed.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
Albeit I didn’t get to workout last night, I did manage to relax, read and nap when C went out for the evening. I was late home as Dad had been in for his operation, so I waited with mum and T until he was discharged. Dad didn’t say much when he came out of Recovery and T drove them home. It wasn’t my place to say anything to J and C but eventually T posted something on the WhatsApp group. Anyway, I was able to chill out for the evening, so turned the TV off, answered a couple of emails then finished my current book before curling up for a snooze. C came home just after 11pm and we sat reading for a bit before going to bed. I slept most of the way through, and feel quite refreshed this morning.
My desired feeling:
Ready.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
I’ve only done one JWW this week so I want to do another one this evening. As we’re away for the weekend I want to make sure I’ve exercised enough and pack the right outfits for walking and ringing and hanging out with our granddaughter, chasing around after an 18 month old. No idea at the moment what the weather is going to be like but hoping it will be lovely and warm.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Navy wrap dress today; cleavage and legs out. Cuff bracelet, Oliver Bonus necklace nestling between breasts and matching earrings. Feeling a bit lush today. If you’ve got it flaunt it.
I will show up for myself by:
Still not managed a lunchtime walk this week, so last attempt today. Would be good to move about.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Last weeks fresh roses from the market didn’t last very long. they’ve gone brown, so I’ll throw them out. Won’t get any new ones just yet as we’ll be out for the weekend we won’t get maximum enjoyment from them.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Answer anything urgent. Leave the rest.
Today I am:
Showy.
Today I am grateful for:
Dad getting the treatment he needs and the fact the NHS is there for anyone regardless, and free at the point of care. He’s had surgery and will now have some follow ups to make sure everything went well and no reoccurance.
