Had a lovely day travelling up to Nottingham yesterday. We stopped off at the childhood home of Sir Isaac Newton. It was a pretty little place with some science stuff to look at, the house and the alleged tree from which the apple fell and he “discovered” gravity. It was a lovely sunny day but a bit chilly. We arrived in Nottingham around 4pm and the family were home but little one was grumpy because she was tired. We had homemade lasagne, wine and chocolate trifle for dinner and chilled out, chatting.
This morning looks like it’s going to be a lovely day and we have a trip out planned.
My desired feeling:
Chilled.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
Going with the flow of being taken out for the day, not having to worry about the driving. We’ll be out for several hours then probably get a take away for dinner once little one has gone to bed.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
White cropped jeans with a white “cheesecloth” top. If I was at home I would be wearing it off the shoulder but decorum suggests not today. Same jewellry as yesterday. Elevated look for a day out but comfortable and a little bit sexy.
I will show up for myself by:
Going for a walk out and about and looking around a National Trust place, we think we’ve been to before. It’s a little drive away but we’ll all squish into one car. Choosing as healthy option as possible for lunch and dinner.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Visiting a National Trust place in the sunshine with little one and having a good walk.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Not dealing with any ringing related stuff.

Getting to spend the day out and about in the sunshine with family and little people.
