Disturbed sleep over night. Along with being hot and sweaty, C seemed to be awake and fidgeting a lot last night. He got out of bed at least twice to go to the loo, and it seems he’s sneezing and blowing his nose a lot.
I had already been struggling before going to bed. I couldn’t get comfy on the sofa, I couldn’t nod off for a nap and ended up going to bed just to stretch out.

Restored.

I have a senior team meeting for a few hours later so it will hopefully be energising. I haven’t really seen anyone in the office this week to get that interaction, so maybe today we’ll have some laughs and bounce ideas off each other.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Black and white checked cropped trousers and while cap sleeved blouse. Gibraltar bracelet, chain necklace and cuboid stud diamond earnings. Cool and practical.

I’ve been doing several maths modules to do with my coaching course (don’t get me started on why its relevant!). I’ve done 4 modules now and starting to remember how to do things that bear not relevance to what I’m doing, but I have to go through the motions. Turns out, I’m not as bad as I thought I was at Maths, just forgotten how to do some of it because I don’t need to do it in real life.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Sorting out somewhere to stash my dumbells that arrived yesterday ready for my next JWW cycle.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Hosting a session tonight to view the rough cut film we’re making. Not sure how many people I’ve invited will turn up but it will be good to get some initial feedback on it.

My hand held fan. I bought a proper paper fan from a museum once and was using it last night. Thinking of popping it in my handbag to take to work too.
