Sorted.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Got over my gripes of yesterday. Popped round to see Dad after ringing and he seemed on good form so obviously feeling much better. Attended the district picnic which was ok, even if C’s exwife was there. She stayed over the other side of the group. We rang a hot and sweaty quarter peal before coming home for chores. Food prep done, ironing mostly done and expenses claim explained and sent off.

C was up for some sex when we went to bed. I’ll try not to read too much into that, having seen his exwife earlier in the day, I’ll take it. It was rather good too!

My desired feeling:
Queenly.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Today starts another series of support from SOSI. I think it lasts 8 weeks and is all about a slim mindset. I won’t be able to join any of the sessions live because of the time difference but want to schedule time to catch up and learn. The last programme I joined was about becoming a Queen in respect of attitudes, presentation and behaviour. It was pretty good and helped me elevate my style a bit more, so I’m hoping for good things out of it. I haven’t lost any weight or any inches during this cycle of JWW which ends next week, so need to make an impact this week.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Grey cropped trousers and what I’m going to call my peacock sleeveless top. Its teal coloured mainly but with a red and gold flower pattern that reminds me of peacock feathers. Gibraltar bracelet, gold coin necklace and earrings. Cool, sophisticated, elegant.

I will show up for myself by:
Sticking to the food plan and drinking plenty. Stay hydrated throughout the day.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Lunchtime walk if I can get out. The fields and lanes are lush with full trees, bushes and flowers.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
I will only have time to answer any urgent emails today, so very little to do and worry about at the moment.

Today I am:
SOSI slim.

Today I am grateful for:
Having controlled my thoughts around yesterday and who was there at certain parts of the day. I achieved everything I intended to and scheduled for the weekend.
