My next IWW check in is on Monday. I know you’re not supposed to, but I do weigh myself every day, and I did a sneaky waist measurement at the weekend. According to the scales, I’ve put back on, and my waist measurement hasn’t changed at all. I’ve been doing at least, mostly 4 or 5 workouts per week, stuck to food plan about 60% of the time with our evening meal being either Slimming World or a mediteranean menu. I’ve cut out additional snacking almost exclusively. This coming weekend we’re away so will be eating out and I’ll probably have wine/beer too. That means weigh in on Monday will be awful. Some people on the Facebook community are saying they’ve put on because they’re bloating from lowing drunk so much water during the hot weather. I’m not going to overly worry about it what will be, will be and I’ll check in and move onto the next cycle of exerase and food choices.
My desired feeling:
SOSI slim.

The current SOSI classes are focussing on a slim mindset, not on size or weight. It’s focussing on how to think healthier thoughts make healthier choices, and naturally become a slimmer person without focussing on numbers. I haven’t had a chance to catch up with the call yet, but hope to in the next few days so I can add mindset to my arsenal of slim and sexy me.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Camel coloured bodycon dress today. Helping with the slim and sexy vibes (so long as I don’t turn sideways). Cuff bracelet, oblong earrings and a new Oliver Bonus long chain necklace that bounces over my boobs.
I will show up for myself by:
Sticking with the healthy plans. Should be able to workout before ringing this evening. Making sure I eat well and drink plenty.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Probably walk into town later for ringing if it’s not raining.

Staying off the PC today. Nothing urgent needing my attention.

I found a really helpful illustrated guide to outfit styles. It had images of all the different styles of skirts, dresses, trousers, jackets and coats and collar types. It was really interesting and helpful in identifying different styles. From this I was able to message my Stitch Fix fixer with specific instructions about what I’m after.
