I’m currently feeling:
Glad.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Glad to be home. Glad to have taken my check in measurements before the weekend. Glad to be spending the morning on a different site in an air conditioned room. Glad to be able to get back to healthy eating and drinking even if I’m not going to get a workout done tockay.

My desired feeling:
Cool.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
I’m overheating already and its only 06:30 in the morning. I’m actually going to put my paper chinese fan in my bag to take with me to work. I’ll come back home after my meetings and finish my work day in the study. I can have my desk fan on. Ringing will be hard, sweaty work this evening.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Black pinstripe linen trousers so my legs don’t stick together. White vest top. Gibraltar bracelet, multistone hoop necklace and Tiffany teardrop earrings. Cool, elegant.

I will show up for myself by:
Prepped lunches for the week ahead that are fresh, vibrant chicken salads. Cool and refreshing.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Site visit to do a coaching session in an air conditioned office. Looking forward to being somewhere cooler.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Got a few emails to respond to and send this evening before going ringing.

Today I am:
Opening a new JWW cycle.

Today I am grateful for:
The weekend away, but glad to be back in my own home. I like my own space.
