I’m currently feeling:
Astonished.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
I started the next intermediate JWW last night. This cycle starts to introduce resistence by adding weights. There were no “explosive” moves, more controlled, directed exercises that focussed on form and strength. I was surprised at how much of a sweat I worked up even without burpees, running, bearcrawls, etc. Almost immediately I felt my knees had worked hard, but fortunately this morning they don’t feel as bad. I only used 1.5kg dumbells, and at the start felt it was quite easy. I think I’m going to do this first week sticking to that weight and maybe try the next weight up when I repeat all the workouts again next week. I also enjoyed the change of pace without all the jumping about.
My desired feeling:
Processed.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
I’m off to do one of my favourite work tasks today. I’m visiting one of the departments to process map their whole processes from start to finish. The idea being to help uncover some inefficiencies and missing parts of the process. It will also help their managers, who are both relatively new to the team, understand what goes on. I do love a good process map. It’s going to be a full on day, but it’s the kind of thing I enjoy doing.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Hot pink trousers and a tshirt style blouse that has pink flower pattern on white background. Milind bracelet, earnings and rose quartz necklace. Dynamic outfit for a dynamic day ahead.
I will show up for myself by:
Sticking to healthy eating, drinking and JWW #2.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Visiting the other site and working in on air conditioned room for the day.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
CCCBR Exec meeting this evening. Not sure if the President will be there as he’s in Iceland, so will be interesting if the Deputy President runs the show.
Today I am:
Dynamic
Today I am grateful for:
Not having gone to the district practice last night, in favour of our leamers practice. By the sounds of it we’d only have made the bear 8 and would not have rung half the things on the list. Grateful we close to stick to our guns and focus on our learners.
