Motivated

I’m currently feeling:
Satisfied.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Busted through a tonne of stuff yesterday. Ringing in the morning as usual. Got about half way through the massive pile of ironing before going out after lunch. Had quite a pleasant time ringing in Ipswich with people I know from when I lived there and some people I’ve known more recently. The person I thought was going didn’t, so that made it a whole load more enjoyable. When I got home I finished prepping my lunches for the week ahead. Then headed straight to the laptop to edit the interview I’d done a couple of weeks ago. That didn’t take too long and I got it uploaded and distributed. Feeling wide awake and still active I decided to crack on and finish the ironing pile. I eventually sat down at about 11pm. But, was chuffed to have done everything and got it ticked off the list at last.

My desired feeling:
Motivated.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
On a high from yesterday I want to carry that through this week and stay motivated to keep on top of things and clear things off my work and home to do lists. The satisfaction is a great feeling and one I’ve let slip in recent months. I’ve put things in my schedule but then not carried them out as they’re not really been urgent, so there’s no rush. I want to get back to a state of motivated completion.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Grey cropped trousers and teal short sleeved top. Cuff bracelet, multistrand necklace and loop earrings with a drop diamond. Smart, efficient, effective and a feminine edge.

I will show up for myself by:
Eating and drinking healthily. The scales haven’t moved at all recently so I need to really focus on not getting distracted from making good choices. Get out for a walk if I can at Iunchtime.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
All that ironing from yesterday needs putting away if I can fit any of it in the wardrobe. Going to be a struggle but may have to find alternative ways and places to store things.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Ringing this evening so only time to deal with anything urgent.

Today I am:
Chuffed.

Today I am grateful for:
C having cooked some elements of my lunches along with dinner yesterday. The new potatoes, green beans and eggs were all done ready for when we got back from Ipswich, so all I had to do was assemble it alous with the other ingredients.
