Fit

I’m currently feeling:
Pleased.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
A fairly relaxed day at the office. I dealt with a few messages when I got home. Our bellringing learners had a really good practice and stayed for a while longer so they could practice ringing in with others and watched us ring something. They can’t make tonights extra practice, so we have an unexpected evening off. One of the people who wound me up on Saturday came so I made a point of talking to her so she had to answer. I was unphased. A shorter trip to the pub as there were fewer people there. A pleasant evening really.

My desired feeling:
Fit.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
The scales told a much better story today. Maybe something to do with drinking over 3 litres yesterday. It seemed to flush things through, so I’ll try again today. Time for a JWW this evening and I may try heavier weights for the arm exercises. Get steps in where I can. Feel fit, vibrant and vital.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Navy fitted trousers. Black and white wrap top. Matching Oliver Bonus necklace and bracelet. Pearl drop earrings. It’s cooler today and fair chance of rain. Smart, sensual, womanly.

I will show up for myself by:
Drinking 3 litres again and sticking with the healthy options, Workout and feel good.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
If it’s not raining I’ll try and get out for a walk. If not, I’ll tidy up a section of the lounge when I get home.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Check for any urgents, then try get some reading done.

Today I am:
Sensual.

Today I am grateful for:
Having an unexpected evening off. Looking forward to not rushing out again after dinner.
