Lovely day yesterday. Assessment done early, got home and submitted the paperwork. Got straight on to editing the interview and uploaded that. Then as I was sat there I decided to have a look around SOSI, which I haven’t done in a long time. I’d signed up to the Slim Self Image sessions but not actually watched them. I had a watch of the introductory session, which lasted about an hour. It’s a 5 week programme and they’re already 3 weeks in. I might watch the first real session today. Spent the rest of the day reading a new book, napping and a new JWW I’ve not done before. An evening in front of the TV and holding hands on the sofa.
My desired feeling:
Playful.

Feeling I need to be more active today after yesterday’s very lazy day. Need to move my body more, need to have some fun. Not sure how that’s going to manifest, given it’s Sunday and chores day.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
White cropped jeans, teal coloured tshirt. I’m liking the contrast. Gibraltar bracelet and matching gold coin necklace and hoop earning set. It mixes well with the red nail varnish I still have on, that’s what’s making me feel playful. Bright colours. Bright me.
I will show up for myself by:
JWW #5 later, the hardest one yet. Not tried this one before, but looking forward to it. Food prep for the week ahead and a big stack of ironing to complete.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Ironing done and put away. Clear chair for at least one day.

September AGM meeting later. Final chance to get everything confirmed.

A relaxed weekend. We don’t get them very often, but part of my EG was to stop doing so many other things. I’m starting to see that filtering through now, and starting to say no to a lot more too.
