I’m currently feeling:
Amazed.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
You don’t realise how much you do for other people impacts your own life until you stop doing it. Even something as simple as going ringing earlier and an extra day to teach learners. This week, our learners are away on holiday so we didn’t have to rush out for an early teaching session last night, and we don’t need to go out tonight. It meant I could do a JWW before dinner and going ringing later yesterday and I really enjoyed it. I don’t begrudge going early to teach our learners at all and enjoy seeing them progress. I guess it will be nice to get them to a stage where they are fully joined in with the rest of the band and don’t need extra handling sessions.
My desired feeling:
Elegant.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
Feeling very feminine in today’s outfit. I have several meetings today and looking after a new colleague who comes to the office for the first time today. I’m also meeting up with a former colleague who I haven’t seen since last September, although we keep in touch. She’s bringing her mum in for a procedure then has to hang around and wait until it’s complete, so I’m meeting her for a coffee. Then I can do another JWW this evening before taking it easy.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Blush silk skirt, and burgundy silk sleeveless cowl neck top. Lovely contrast colours. Soft and smooth . Miliana bracelet, dangly earrings and rose quartz necklace. Feminine, elegant, soft.
I will show up for myself by:
Sticking to the plan. Healthy eating and exercise.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Meeting a friend for coffee, albeit in the hospital coffee shop but will be great to see her.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Checking on urgent enquiries and having the rest of the right off.
Today I am:
Silky.
Today I am grateful for:
I nominated my colleagues for a Trust Values Respectful Award and they won. They get invited to a presentation, get certificates and some cash to share. They thoroughly deserve it for the great things they are doing for their staff in trying to improve things both in the work environment and with opportunities. In a short space of time they’ve already made great progress.
