Relaxed

I’m currently feeling:
Positive.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Yesterday I did a practice maths paper and don’t think I did too badly. Haven’t had the scores back yet. In the afternoon I was the guinea pig for having a go at facilitating an Action Learning Set. I did ok, most people were kind in their feedback and said I was calm, confident, my tone of voice was good and I intervened when I needed to. I could have used some other techniques to get other people involved more, but hindsight is a wonderful thing. I got to do a JWW as I was at home and didn’t need to go out for early ringing. That felt good. We weren’t overly late home from the pub so I had some time to answer a few emails. A positive, good day.

My desired feeling:
Relaxed.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Lots to do today. Several meetings, 2 of which I administer, fit in a JWW before dinner, then learner practice at the Cathedral. Feeling quite bouyed up from yesterday so hoping the vibe continues today.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Peaches and cream. Peachy/pink trousers and a cream light knitted top, not quite jumper. Gold cuff bracelet, pearl stud earrings and multistrand necklace. Smart, feminine, business.

I will show up for myself by:
Taking time for a lunch time walk if the opportunity arises. Didn’t get many steps in yesterday, so need to make up for it.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Look at the nature around the site whilst out for a walk. Take in the fresh air and ground myself.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Check in on feedback about the draft programme C has developed for the AGM.

Today I am:
Bouyed.

Today I am grateful for:
Having had the opportunity to practice facilitating an ALS. The feedback was constructive and positive. I’m glad I put myself forward to try.
