Qualified

I’m currently feeling:
Revived.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
I felt pretty bleh all day yesterday. Even when I got great feedback from my coaching observation. I worked at home in the afternoon which meant I could dive straight into a JJW in the new cycle I’d just checked in to. Oh my word, it was just the ticket. This cycle focuses on abs and strength, so a series of strength exercises with a 5minute abs finisher felt perfect. I certainly felt the muscles struggle. After my shower I felt so much better. I went ringing with a bit more enthusiasm than I might otherwise have done.

My desired feeling:
Qualified.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Today is my last ALS Facilitator training session. I’m not really sure what happens next, or how I progress into facilitating action learning sets for real. I’m supposed to commit to doing 4 per year. At least I won’t be in the hot spot today, having been the first to practice last time. I shall sit back and watch the others do it this time.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Navy trousers and a new cream coloured wrap vest top. The top only has a small section connected and a spit down to the waste so it the wind blows sideways it would billow out and flash some flesh and my sparkly diamante Anne Summers bra! I shall wear a wavy jacket over the top just in case. Pearl necklace tied in a knot, pearl bracelet and drop pearl earrings. Classy bird today.

I will show up for myself by:
Complete coaching admin and submit today. Final ALS facilitator session, bellringing learners then start the pack for our few days away.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Going for a walk if it stays dry. Listen to the latest SOSI podcast.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Reply to videographer tonight and book PR workgroup meeting now most people have replied to the request for dates.

Today I am:
Classy.

Today I am grateful for:
The fact a workout can change my mood. I’ve seen people say this has happened to them, and how working out helps their mental hearth, but last night was the first time I’d actively noticed it. I also used coaching questions on the FB group when someone said they weren’t feeling it from their current cycle. I managed to help them change their mindset about it.
