We scored yesterdays peal in memory of Ron. Pleased to have been part of that and made fewer mistakes than several others! The rest of the day was travelling, so pretty relaxed. We had lunch in the pub garden opposite the church we were ringing at in the sunshine with the smell of the lavendar bushes wafting in the breeze. We didn’t bother with an evening meal, just grabbed crisps, chocolate and water from the vending machine in the hotel lobby, and chilled out in our room.

I’ve heard about the Zoe experiment testing your personal eating habits to find the nutritionally best foods for you. It popped up in my feeds again this morning and I mentioned it to C who said it would be interesting. So, I’ve signed up and spent £400 on the kit and tests, reports etc for a 4 month period which should cover all eventualities. It will be interesting to find out the reflects certain foods have on me and what I should or shouldn’t be eating to maximise my health. All part of my WOTY – health.

Lots of ringing today so comfortable. Dark green jears and teal green tshirt. Gibraltar bracelet, birthstones necklace and diamond stud earrings. Simple, functional.
I will show up for myself by:
Participating fully in the day’s ringing. Relearning some methods I only ever get to ring with this group.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Visiting 7 different churches, pub lunch, evening meal did the Warwickshire countryside.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Mingling and getting people on side without actually letting on that I will be DP of the CCCBR yet as it hasn’t been node public yet.

C not instantly fobbing off the Zoe study. He actually sounded vaguely witherested too. He’s not balked at the idea of me doing it.
