Success

I’m currently feeling:
Glad.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
To be home. To be back in charge of a proper diet. To be able to workout. To be in my own bed. To have checked my laptop will be setup for my maths exam this morning. To be working from home so I can chill out a bit after the weekend. To be getting back to normal, even if only for a few days.

My desired feeling:
Success.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
I have this maths exam this morning as part of my level 5 Coaching apprenticeship. It has nothing to do with my course but is a requirement because it’s an apprenticeship and I only have a CSE grade 2 in maths from 40 years ago which isn’t good enough, even though I have a Masters degree and senior organisational position. Maths isn’t my strong point but I’ve managed so far through life and it’s not relevant to anything I’m doing. I can work a spreadsheet and a calculator.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Staying comfortable today with black jeans and red tshirt. Basic jewellry again as its a ringing evening. Need to assess clothing plans for the week as I haven’t done any ironing this weekend.

I will show up for myself by:
Doing the best I can for my maths exam. I don’t know how quickly I’ll get the results but hope it’s fairly promptly and even if I just scrape a pass, that will do.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Working from home, so in my own study with my own back garden views.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Checking any urgent emails before going ringing this evening. Catching up with any news.

Today I am:
At home.

Today I am grateful for:
The weekend away, where I didn’t let people annoy me too much and rang things I don’t normally get a chance to ring. All well managed weekend.
