My Before and After SOSI story was published yesterday and sent out to 10’s of 1000’s of women worldwide. Quite surprisingly my gift arrived too. I wasn’t expecting it quite so quickly. This last month has proved to be really positive, with confirmation my nomination for Deputy President was the only one received, now this, and fingers crossed maths exam passed and out of the way. Back on JWW and healthy eating.

Meetings in Southend this morning then either back to Broomfield, or home, depending what time I leave. Smash out another JWW and then tackle a massive pile of ironing. Haven’t done any for a couple of weeks so the pile is now taller than the back of the chair it’s all stacked on.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Driving and likely to be cooler and wetter today, so gone for navy trousers and bright orange cotton top. Gibraltar bracelet, multistone necklace and diamond hoop earrings. Delicate but comfy.
I will show up for myself by:
I’ve made a smoothie using my new gadget for the first time, and will take it to work. It was so much easier than getting out the whole blender for my mixer. I can now make them more often for replacement drinks or snacks, depending on the recipe.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Southend main site today. Always fun trying to get into the staff car park. I only know a few places on the site, so hopefully I can remember where I need to get to.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Get some emails tidied up tonight. Clear in box and finish prepping for the AGM.
Today I am:
Healthier.
Today I am grateful for:
The ability to make healthy foods and drinks. I don’t have to worry about buying ingredients, or having the wherewithall to cook or create healthy options. It’s just about making those healthier choices in the first place.
