During this last few days I’ve sort of had a really minimal period. There’s been blood, definitely, not any other sort of discharge, but so little it was almost not worth using a Tampon. However, yesterday full flow resumed as normal. I guessed something might be up as I felt extraordinarily lethargic yesterday. Had two naps, little exercise, although I did walk into town and do the hardest JWW. I’m relieved full flow has been achieved before holiday proper starts. Even if there is residual minimal flow after a couple of days. I do feel a lot brighter this morning.

Need to get all my holiday outfits together ready for packing. Looking at our proposed itinerary, I can pack 3 dresses for different days. The second part is all ringing so I’ll need ringable tshirts and bras, as well as alternative clothing to change into in the evenings. I’m taking 2 lots of workout gear; one for each week. A good mix of jeans, cropped jeans, off the shoulder tops, sexy outfits and undies, and sensible outdoors and walking outfits. A jacket and a raincoat and maybe a hat. Walking boots, vans, sandals. Plenty of reading materials, my tablet and 2 weeks worth of pills. And a variety of jewellry.

Because of what I want to keep for packing, it means choices are becoming limited. Still with the coral jeans, they can go in the wash tomorrow and a turquoise plain tshirt. Gibraltar bracelet, long chain necklace and black stud earings.

Getting everyting laid out in separate piles so I know what’s for holiday and what’s for ringing. Making sure every set is co-ordinated, maximises sexy elegance and practicality.

Probably not going far today, maybe in to town again later just for a walk and get some lunch. Mostly about prepping for holiday today.

A couple of tasks to clear today. A report to write. Some slides to finalise. Videos to download then put on Youtube and catch up on anything else that’s come in.

Listening to my body yesterday. I knew things weren’t quite right so didn’t over do things, still managing to get some proper exercise in though.
