I’m currently feeling:
Excited.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
Off on holiday today. Nothing fancy or abroad but 10 days away from home. Starting with a few days on our own in Northumberland, followed by a few days ringing around Scotland. Looking forward to the break, change of scenery, places to visit, food to eat, and when I can, fit in some JWW.
My extraordinary goal for the year is…
I’m landing on the idea of being financially savvy. I used to know all about my finances, life insurance, pensions, etc but over the years not really needed to bother to be worried about them. My EG is to help towards early and comfortable retirement in 3-4 years. I need to get on top of my spending, investments and plans.
What result will I produce this month?
My plan this month is to not purchase any new clothes or accessories. I don’t need any more, and have nowhere to put them anyway. I spend nearly half my take home on clothes.
My tasks for the day is…
There is no reason for me to spend any money at all today.
What thoughts are holding me back?
When I see something I like, I know I can afford it, so just buy it. I rarely even look at the price tag.
What thought will I practice instead?
I don’t need it. I have no room for it.
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Packing a selection of clothes that are pretty, sexy, practical and elegant.
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Mostly travelling today, so looking at the countryside we pass and explore our environment when we arrive.
What am I excited to practice and improve?
Am excited to practice the art of self-discipline when it comes to spending money. I am excited to be fitting JWW into my holiday plans, to keep on track. I have also got access to SOSI whilst I’m away to practice slim eating habits.
My progress and my blessings
Determination to allow this time to focus on myself, my wellbeing, my future self without judgement or guilt.
What do I declare myself to be today?
A traveller. Interested in where we go and what we see, not just a passive passer by.
What questions can I ask of myself today?
How can I eat healthily? How can I become interested in our surroundings?
What words of encouragement, insight, wisdom or humour does my future self have for me today?
You got this, you know what you want and how to get it.
