We scored yesterday’s peal, and overall it was pretty good ringing. The bells were really nice going. We had a drink and C and I shared a pizza for lunch before the long drive onto our next destination. Our new hotel room is lovely and large, with a massive bed and a double sized walk in shower. We met the others for dinner before retiring and resting up. Today is another peal attempt that C is calling. We just need to make sure everyone stays awake. The bells are a lot heavier and more of them so, if successful, the peal will take longer. We’re here again tonight as will have a bit of time to explore and maybe I could do a JWW.
My extraordinary goal for the year is…
Being financially savvy. I used to know all about my finances, life insurance, pensions, etc but over the years not really needed to bother to be worried about them. My EG is to help towards early and comfortable retirement in 3-4 years. I need to get on top of my spending, investments and plans.
What result will I produce this month?
My plan this month is to not purchase any new clothes or accessories. I don’t need any more, and have nowhere to put them anyway. I spend nearly half my take home on clothes.
My tasks for the day is…
Ring well again and score today’s peal. Fit in some walking and a workout. Aim not to have any alcohol or limit it at least. Aim to fit in a workout before dinner. Choose a healthy option for dinner if it exists.
What thoughts are holding me back?
Today’s peal is going to be hard work. The bells are heavier and more of them so it will take longer. Yesterday my feet and ankles really started to ache and my hands did get a little sore. The method, although easier and because it’s easier may be harder for people to stay concentrating.
What thought will I practice instead?
My hands and feet are more accustomed now. I will do my best to concentrate and keep right. I want to stay right for C.
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Cropped jeans and tshirt for ringing in. May well come back after ringing and change into long jeans and a different top.
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Go for a walk and exercise as haven’t done much for a couple of days now and starting to feel the effects of over eating.

Healthy lifestyle as much as possible today.
