I’m currently feeling
Concluded.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
Two lots of ringing completed yesterday, in the heat. A quarter peal ticked off. Quite an accomplishment in the heat. In between, and for a while after I cleared all but the bed linen of ironing pile. It took upwards of 5 hours. I’m glad its done though. It means a) we have plenty of clothes options again b) the chair is clear, at least for a day and c) there won’t be as much to do next week! My feet ache though. We walked to ringing twice so that got my steps up. I figured I’d done enough exercise for one day, so didn’t do a JWW. I prepped breakfast for today, and lunches for the week ahead. Feel quite accomplished.
My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.
What result will I produce this month?
So far, I’ve spent £0 on clothes or jewellry this month. A saving of an average of over £2,000!
My tasks for the day is…
Eat well. Stay hydrated. Work hard. Bell handling session and practice night.
What thoughts are holding me back?
Keeping focussed during the day. Keeping cool. Keeping hydrated.
What thought will I practice instead?
Get things ticked off the to do list. Get them out of the way.

Navy, light weight trousers with my “peacock” sleeveless top. Gibraltar bracelet and One & Eight hoop earrings and necklace set. Cool, yet waterproof (slight threat of rain). Not supposed to be as warm, but still not and muggy.
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
The office is going to be hot and stuffy, the ringing room is going to be hot and stuffy. I’ll try to find a way of keeping cool throughout the day. Get out for a walk at lunch time and listen to a Podcast if I can.
