Amazing

I’m currently feeling
Amazing.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
I’d forgotten I’d got a neck and shoulder massage booked via work’s wellbeing offering. It took about 15 minutes and used a combination of bergamot and orange essential oils. I asked for a deep tissue massage and really felt it across my shoulders. It was just getting ho really work the muscles when my time was up. For a little while afterwards my shoulders felt so much more freer. When I got home I did a 10 minute Abs Challenge followed by a full HIIT workout, then had a lovely shower afterwards. It was Wine Wednesday so a bottle of red to go with dinner. Then C announced he’d been able to secure tickets to see Susie Dent in town on Saturday afternoon.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.

What result will I produce this month?
So far, I’ve spent £0 on clothes or jewellry this month. A saving of an average of over £2,000!

My tasks for the day is…
Support the team at Orsett as they go live with their upgraded system. I think I just need to be there as a calming influence. Another Abs Challenge and workout to keep on track this week.

What thoughts are holding me back?
Not really sure I’ll be much help at Orsett. I don’t really know much about the new system and don’t really know the team that well either.

What thought will I practice instead?
I’m sure they’ll appreciate someone there just to help keep things calm. I can wander round and chat to them to make sure they’re ok.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Golden silk skirt, cream knitted top. Gold cuff bracelet, long chain necklace and gord knot earrings. Gorden, clean, shiny and calming.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Nice little drive over to Orsett today. See people I haven’t seen for a month or so.

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Calming influence. Networking.

was pleasanths surprised I kept up with JWW yesterday. Feeling it a bit this morning, but keeping moving.

Calming.

How can I best support this team today? What use can l be? What will be most useful for them?

What words of encouragement, insight, wisdom or humour does my future self have for me today?
Just being there will help. Even if its to keep people from their door. I’ll be good at that.
