I’m currently feeling
Impressed.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
With myself because I managed the latest JWW from my new cycle. It was my first experience of EMOM. Every minute on the minute. Each section had 3 exercises you had to do 6 reps of before the minute ran out and you had to start again. The quicker you finished, the longer rest you got between rounds. On the whole I kept up but did skip a few exercises and swap them out for something else I could do. I certainly felt it afterwards.
My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.
What result will I produce this month?
So far, I’ve spent £0 on clothes or jewellry this month. A saving of an average of over £2,000!
My tasks for the day is…
Contrast to yesterday I have several meetings today. Get through them. JWW. Then PRO handover meeting with Alli this evening.
What thoughts are holding me back?
So long as my body doesn’t hurt too much later, I’ll be ok. If I’m sitting around too much during the day I’ll get stiff then try to bottle out of my workout.
What thought will I practice instead?
Just keep moving. Do the workout anyway. Keep it up.

Navy trousers and turquoise, cotton top. Gibraltar bracelet, One & Eight blue smoked glass necklace and earrings set. Comfortable. Smart. Efficient.

Out for a walk at lunchtime if I can. The leaves are starting to change to their autumn colours which is beautiful in the late sunshine.

How will I come across as friendly? How can I work on the maximum effect when my body doesn’t bend in the same way as JW? How will I ensure I’ve covered everything I need to during the handover session tonight?
