I’m currently feeling
Anticipation.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
Tonight I start my Zoe trial experience. The day before you do the blood and gut tests you have to apply the blood sugar monitor. Then fast overnight before a day of tests and not doing much, eating the preprepared cookies for breakfast and lunch. So tonight I’ll attach the blood sugar monitor after dinner and re-read all the instructions for the testing. I’m excitied to start to see the impact of what I’m eating on my health and wellbeing.
My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.
What result will I produce this month?
So far, I’ve spent £0 on clothes or jewellry this month. A saving of an average of over £2,000!
My tasks for the day is…
Couple of meetings and write ups. JWW. Apply blood sugar monitor. Relax.
What thoughts are holding me back?
Hoping I don’t stuff up applying the monitor or doing the tests so they give incorrect results or don’t work at all. You only get one go.
What thought will I practice instead?
I’ve read the instructions multiple times. I can get C to help with some of it if necessary.

Pastel blue trousers. Black, deep V long sleeved top. Gibraltar bracelet, One & tight hoop earrings and necklace set. the top is very deep at the front, athough it has apand that goes across the boobs. It’s very soft and floaty so feels very luxurious. And a bit sexy!
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Flowers need throwing out now. Time to buy new ones to brighten up the lounge again.
