I’m currently feeling
Bright.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
Wide awake and raring to go this morning. Don’t know why particularly. Pleased with how yesterday went, ringing, working, reading, exercising, eating well and monitoring my glucose levels throughout the day. The sun was shining and everything, in my world at least, was fine. Even had some slow, sensual sex. C was very attentive.
My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.
What result will I produce this month?
Tuesday is payday, so between now and then not intending to spend any more. Then, whatever is still in the current account will be transferred to the savings account, and we start again.
My tasks for the day is…
Ringing. Ironing. Food prep for the week ahead. Admin. JWW. Reading. Relaxing.
What thoughts are holding me back?
Standard Sunday activities. Nothing special this week.
What thought will I practice instead?
Not much ironing to do so it shouldn’t take long. Then get to do things I want for the rest of the day.

Skinny jeans. Blue, deep V neck t-shirt. Gibraltar bracelet, One & Eight blue smoked glass earrings and necklace. Practical for today’s activities, but with a bit of cleavage.

The autumn sun is shining. Walking into town for ringing this morning. Relaxed coffee afterwards. Then the days activities that will clear space, set intentions for the week ahead, and keep up to date.

Simplicity. Learning more about my personal health.
