Relieved

I’m currently feeling
Relieved.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
You may recall, dear reader, a few days ago I lost an earring after I scratched my ear and it popped out, fell to the ground somewhere amongst books and papers. Well, last night, as I was leaning over to the little table that’s near the “fall zone” I spotted something resting on top of the plug extension points. I didn’t really think much of it, but looked again and wondered. I felt it and, lo and behold, it was the errant earring. Just sitting there peacefully. I was relieved not to have to dismantle all the books and papers. However, was curious as I’d looked all around that area when it first fell. Anyway, I’m relieved to have it back. It’s not really diamond, but has sentimental value.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.

What result will I produce this month?
Only today left in this pay mouth. And, no opportunity to spend, even if I’d wanted to. Get paid tomorrow, so challenge starts again and whatever’s left in my current account gets moved to my savings account.

My tasks for the day is…
Coaching session at Southend this morning, and various meetings etc. Early dinner, learners bellringing session, followed by main practice, then pub. No time for a JWW today.

What thoughts are holding me back?
My coaching session is being observed again by my course Tutor. It went ok last time, so expecting similar today. Will visit the new Coding space to see how its coming along, and report back.

What thought will I practice instead?
I’m sure the coaching will go well. My coachee is honest and open so makes for a good and easy conversation.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Checked trousers today, with white, ribbed tshirt top. Gibraltar bracelet, three strand short necklace and, now I have the pair again, my “diamond” stud earrings. Practical for driving. Smart.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Coaching skills. Teaching skills. Healths eating.

My progress and my blessings
I’ve been observing my blood glucose levels throughout the last couple of days and the massive swings before, and after eating various things. I’ll be able to learn how to keep it at an even level.

What do I declare myself to be today?
Motivated.

What questions can I ask of myself today?
How will I exercise today without a lunchtime walk, or JWW?

What words of encouragement, insight, wisdom or humour does my future self have for me today?
You’re a good coach, you’ve had worse yourself. You’ve a good ringing teacher, you have the qualifications and the experience.
