My thoughts creating this feeling:
One of the sessions I had yesterday was peer to peer coaching practice as part of my coaching course. I offered to go first as coach. Afterwards, the coachee and observers offer feedback on how well they thought it went, and advice on how to improve. My feedback was all positive. I was told I was a natural and my questions were thought provoking and challenging. My listening skills proved I understood what the coachee was describing, and within the short time we had, managed to narrow them down to one topic and one action to take away. There were no suggestions on what I needed to improve. It was lovely to hear and it seems I may be good at something. Of course I will look to keep improving my technique, and try out some different coaching methods to gain broader practical skills.
My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.
What result will I produce this month?
No spending on frivolous one-offs, clothes or accessories.
My tasks for the day is…
Finish my reflection piece from yesterday’s peer to peer coaching session. Kick start the Health Records scanning operational activities again. JWW before bell handling teaching tonight.
What thoughts are holding me back?
I need to be very convinced we can start scanning when we say we will this time.
What thought will I practice instead?
It will be good to confirm the roll out plan again, and actually get this over the line once and for all.

Black and tan spotty dress. Goes well with my burnt orange nail varnish. Gibraltar bracelet. Gold coin necklace and earring set. Autumnal colours for an autumnal day.

If there’s time for a coffee with my colleague, we’ll visit the new staff well being hub and try it out.

Boosted by yesterday’s practical coaching session feedback and getting some ringing admin done before ringing last night, have things to focus on today.
