I’m currently feeling
Bossing.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
it really good day yesterday, achieved a lot. Got some annoying admin done at work that had been hanging around a while. Got the rollout plan agreed by Medical Director, and team, and external scanning company. Got my coaching course admin done, and did a coaching session. Got home and smashed a full on 25 minute EMOM JWW. Did every exercise, every rep, and really pushed hard. Learners did an excellent job, then prepped lunch, then a bit more admin. Bossed it.
My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.
What result will I produce this month?
No spending on frivolous one-offs, clothes or accessories.
My tasks for the day is…
Walkabout Wednesday conversations. IT project catch up. JWW. Then relax this evening. Nothing requiring urgent attention.
What thoughts are holding me back?
Need to get focussed on this IT project. Haven’t got a handle on it yet and need to start showing some traction.
What thought will I practice instead?
review what’s been sent it and produce a checkpoint report. Get next round of discussions arranged to progress.
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Blue trousers and navy Hobbs, long sleeved top. Going to be cooler today. Gibraltar bracelet, birthstones necklace and diamond hoop earrings. Comfortable for travelling, and warmer.
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Southend again today. Need to visit the Coding team who I helped move to their new location. Would be good to see how they’re settling in.

My progress and my blessings
Was really pleased with yesterday’s JWW. I pushed myself hard. Did full proper situps rather them shoulder raises. Kept up. Did the full 25 minutes. Felt it afterwards, but in a good way.
