Back.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
To reality. To routine. To work. To ringing. To exercise. To food prep and healthy eating. To getting up in the dark and coming home in the dark. Back to the 6am alarm this morning. Very chilly. Time to breakout the big fluffy dressing gown I think.
My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.
What result will I produce this month?
No more spending on frivilous stuff for the rest of this month. Aiming for at least £650 to transfer.
My tasks for the day is…
Back to the office. Catch up on emails. Check in on how the moves went. Get up to speed with what’s been going on. Check in to the next JWW cycle. No early ringing today. Normal ringing practice.
What thoughts are holding me back?
Darkness is drawing in now and it’s definitely turned cooler. Time to break out the coats, jumpers and fluffy dressing gown. Time to stick ridgedly to workouts, healthy eating and not letting cold or dark get in the way of staying on track.
What thought will I practice instead?
Time to breakout the warm fluffy clothes and snuggle down. Find healthy winter menus and keep moving. Get cozy but not lazy.
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Navy trousers and long sleeved navy top. Warmer and comfortable. Gibraltar bracelet, One & Eight hoop necklace and earring set.
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
If it’s not wet, try to get out for a brisk walk at lunchtime to see how autumn colours are showing around the site.

Made cupcakes to take ringing this evening to share in a farewell to our Director of Music. He’s been really good to get along with, so we’ll miss him.

Already lost 2lb just by being back home for a day, so it won’t take long to lose the rest. Checking into a new JWW cycle means new exercises and new recipes to explore.
