Amazing

I’m currently feeling
Amazing.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Had a really good day yesterday. Work was actually positive and busy. I got involved in some new activities which will help relieve some of the boredom of recent months. My major project kicked off in earnest again so that’s going to take a lot more of my time again. The other project I’ve been asked to deal with has now kicked off too. Actually felt like I’d done a good days work. No early ringing so managed to fit in a new JWW, the first one of the new cycle. It was obvious I hadn’t exercised for a week as I couldn’t really keep up, but at least I got all the way through, and the abs finisher at the end. We were joined in the tower by the Organist and Choir Master, who is leaving at the end of the week. I’d baked cakes, got him to have a go on the end of a rope, and he came down the pub afterwards, and was really good fun. We’ve been fortunate to have a good relationship with him, we’ll be sorry to see him go.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.

What result will I produce this month?
No more spending on frivilous stuff for the rest of this month. Aiming for at least £650 to transfer.

My tasks for the day is…
Focus on today’s work. JWW. Chill. No learner practice this evening.

What thoughts are holding me back?
Want to keep the work motivation and focus going. Want to make sure I get on top of the new project quickly and make an impact.

What thought will I practice instead?
I’ve alreally had one conversation with people, and got a basic understanding of what’s required. I have more information now to help push it forward.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Camel coloured trousers and black wrap top. Gold cuff bracelet, One & Eight Tbar necklace and earrings. Sophisticated. Warm.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Getting back to healthy lifestyle. Regular workouts. Healthy foods and hydration.

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Focus. Momentum. Motivation.

Sophisticated.

How will I keep focussed? How will I make progress?

What words of encouragement, insight, wisdom or humour does my future self have for me today?
Setting the intention is all well and good, but it needs the follow through. Don’t get lazy or complaisant.
