I’m currently feeling
Resisting.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
The urge to not do anything today. My muscles are a bit sore from Tuesday’s workout. Its dark, wet and cold out. Time to snuggle up in the warm. However, things need to be done, work needs to be carried out, a JWW to complete and online ringing with friends and family to be done.
My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.
What result will I produce this month?
No more spending on frivilous stuff for the rest of this month. Aiming for at least £650 to transfer.
My tasks for the day is…
Fix whatever the teams scanning problem is today. Sort out some information I’ve been sent to make some sense of it. Get various tasks handed over from my boss as I’m the only one in next week. Weekly reports. JWW. Ringing.
What thoughts are holding me back?
I hope things don’t all kick off next week when everyone’s off. I’d like a quiet week please. I’m not sure I know what it is that will be needed and don’t want to give out the wrong information
What thought will I practice instead?
I’ll get a handover from my boss. I have access to most of the information, or know where to get it. I’m sure I’ll be fine.

Black trousers, camel polo neck top. Snape Maltings bracelet and earrings and gold long chain necklace. Sleek. Smart.
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Bang out a JWW this evening and see what new exercises he’s up to this time. My future me is one who enjoys working out and feeling fitter and healthier as a result.
