I’m currently feeling
Resolved.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Dentist went ok. Didn’t get to the concert. Wedding reception went ok. JWW was brilliant, although only had time for half of it. Today we’re out all day ringing. The friends we were talking are no longer coming because they’re ill. Makes things simpler for us but there were only 11 people going, so now only 9 meaning we’ll have be ring all the time at every tower. It’ll be pretty knackering. 7 towers, lots of driving, a very short lunch break and they want special methods, several of them new, at every tower.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.

What result will I produce this month?
I did actually spend yesterday on total frivolous nonsense. In one of my social media feeds there was mention of the effects of pheromone scents and how they make your man go crazy for you. Intrigue got the better of me, so I’ve ordered a bottle to see if it has any effect on C or not.

My tasks for the day is…
Ringing. Lots and lots of ringing.

What thoughts are holding me back?
I feel pretty tired at the moment. I haven’t looked at any of these methods for the day. We’re going to have to ring pretty much all the time at every tower. Its going to be a long day.

What thought will I practice instead?
Its been arranged by a couple of young ringers who are keen and want to grab some new towers. Its no easy task to organise a whole day’s ringing in places you’re not familiar with, so all credit to them.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Jeans and purple CCCBR Suffolk polo shirt. Easy wearing for all the ringing. Going to be wet and cool as well. Gibraltar bracelet, birthstones necklace and diamond stud earrings.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
A drive around the countryside to towers we haven’t been to in a while. Lunch out. Different group of people.

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Compassion. Gratitude. Patience.

My progress and my blessings
Going prepared with a coffee, smoothie and mixed nuts for munching on. Learning how to make better smack choices and go prepared instead of getting sidetracked by sweets etc.

What do I declare myself to be today?
Friendly.

What questions can I ask of myself today?
How can I remain easy going when things start to annoy me? How can I keep friendly and supportive throughout the day?

What words of encouragement, insight, wisdom or humour does my future self have for me today?
What will be, will be. I’m sure whoever comes will do their best and the ringing will be passable.
