I’m currently feeling
Unsure.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Got a peal attempt this afternoon. The method is one I do know but always seem to have a mental block about. It will start with a different starting position but even that I’ve done before. We need to rush there straight from ringing at Chelmsford this morning. Having to take a packed lunch as there’ll be no time for anything else. Got a catch up conversation later this evening with the CCCBR President. I think she partly wants to have a moan off about other people not having completed their tasks promptly, which then holds everything up. Somewhere in between I need to do food prep for next week. My pheromone perfume arrived yesterday and I put a quick dab on when we got home. Not sure about the scent. It’s not unpleasant. It didn’t have any immediate affect on C but I guess he was pretty tired from all the driving and ringing yesterday. I’ve put some more on this morning to see if he notices.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.

What result will I produce this month?
Only 4 days til payday and still on track for at least £650 to transfer to my savings account this month.

My tasks for the day is…
Ringing. More ringing. Food prep. Meeting about ringing.

What thoughts are holding me back?
If we don’t score today’s peal I will lose my chance of scoring my 150th by the end of the year. Now I know it’s a possibility to achieve, I really want to.

What thought will I practice instead?
I know the method. So long as everyone stays right, we’ll be fine.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Burgundy fake leather jeans. Black long sleeved soft cotton top, which I may change, as I think I may get too hot in it whilst ringing. It also rides up a bit so my saggy tummy will be on show and nobody needs that for 3 hours. No bracelet today. One & Eight hoop necklace and earrings set. Keep it simple for ringing in.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
I have chosen a mushroom poke bowl for lunch. Light. Should score highly on the Zoe app. Good, nutritious food to fuel the ringing.

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Ringing Superlative. For whatever reason its one of my nemesis methods that just won’t stick.

My progress and my blessings
Lost another lb so nearly back to pre holiday weight. How come it takes 4 days to put on, but 2 weeks to get off again! Focussing on the strength and cardio dining the JWW when I get a chance to do them.

What do I declare myself to be today?
Busy.

What questions can I ask of myself today?
How can I make sure I stay on the line and don’t stuff it up for others and myself.

What words of encouragement, insight, wisdom or humour does my future self have for me today?
Look at the method beforehand. Refresh the memory, then listen carefully to the instructions for the different start. I’ll be fine when we get going.
