I’m currently feeling
Revived.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
Energy levels were up again yesterday. Had 2 good meetings that I came off buzzing about as there’s an excellent opportunity to move quickly. Met a friend for coffee as she was visiting her mum. Managed a lunchtime walk, first one in weeks. Did a full JWW when I got home, although didn’t do all the burpees. Had a lovely dinner and wine. Met and chatted with the PRO. Watched a bit off TV then early bed. Felt more energetic and focussed.
My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.
What result will I produce this month?
I will start to spend a bit on christmas now, but only on things for other people.
My tasks for the day is…
Follow up on yesterday’s meetings. Final check everything ready for clinical go live on Monday. JWW. Chill.
What thoughts are holding me back?
Transcribing the recordings from yesterday’s meetings. Updating the efficiency schedule. Making sure accurately recording where the efficiency comes from.
What thought will I practice instead?
Write everything up, including the risks and discuss with Kate to see how we record it if the efficiency isn’t actually ours. Set the intention to workout and be fitter.

Black jeans, no-one will notice. Lime green cropped jumper. Green Oliver Bonus necklace and earring set. Gibraltar bracelet. A queen in green.

Felt so much better yesterday. Physically and mentally. Really made progress and excited about moving forward.
