I’m currently feeling
Thoughtful.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Had a good day’s interviewing yesterday. One, very exceptional candidate stood out and will be offered the post. Later I chaired the CCCBR session on equality, diversity and inclusion. It was a really good discussion on the pitfalls and perils, the things we need to be conscious of, and things that, by their very nature, cause us more of an issue, eg. religion. How do you encourage people of other faiths to come to an Anglican church to learn to ring? Lots of food for thought. Some definite takeaways and actions to follow up with. My first session as Deputy President, hosting and chairing a meeting of that sort.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.

What result will I produce this month?
Oops! Blew it yesterday. Was at Southend again, but this time I did come home via the large Tesco store and bought myself a few new items including a long leather skirt a mini skirt, a couple of tops and some winter tights. Then went via the Next store and bought some jewellry and a top. Best part of £200 spent. No more this month… or year!

My tasks for the day is…
A few meetings and papers to write. JWW when I get home then online ringing with family and friends for the evening. Need to do some practice first.

What thoughts are holding me back?
I haven’t practiced the methods for this evening for a while, so will probably be quite rusty on them.

What thought will I practice instead?
Have a quick look before the session. It won’t take me too long to refresh my memory.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Black trousers, bottle green top. Gibraltar bracelet, One & Eight hoop earning and necklace set. Simple. Understated.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Opened a new candle fragrance for winter. One I’ve had before that helps calm and relax.

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Focus. Dedication. Follow up.

Really enjoyed the conversation yesterday evening. Several people engaged and participated. Most seemed to appreciate the discussion.
