Cold

I’m currently feeling
Cold.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Working from home yesterday afternoon, I was so cold I wore 2 jumpers and a scarf and was still shivering, as no heating on during the day. The thought of changing into my skimpy workout gear to exercise filled me with dread. I had goosebumps and still shivering during the warmup. However, 4 or 5 exercises in I started to feel warmer, stopped shivering and started to enjoy it. By the time I was done, after 30 minutes, I was fully warmed up. Followed by a lovely warm shower. I was able to spend the rest of the evening just in one jumper, sufficiently warmed by body heat and my refuel meal of beef stew and dumplings!

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.

What result will I produce this month?
Only presents for birthdays and Christmas from here to the end of the year.

My tasks for the day is…
A few meetings and tasks at the office. A JWW when I get home to warm through again. Then relax.

What thoughts are holding me back? 
The car needs defrosting this morning.The commute is going to be chilly. Probably too cold to go out at lunchtime.

What thought will I practice instead?
At least the office will be warmer then home. I can put my little heater on.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Black leather skirt, thermal black tights. Navy Wallis blouse with gold buttons that can be undone enough to give the girls some air! Gibraltar bracelet, One & Eight blue smoked glass earrings and necklace set.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
The breakfast I had yesterday morning set me up for the day, I didn’t eat anyting else until dinner in the evening and even then, wasn’t immediately hungry. However, it is important to eat regularly and healthily. This week’s lunches have certainly contributed to several pound weight loss this week and I’m excited at being the lightest I’ve been since November 2020!  Try to keep it up and not eat for the sake of it or out of habit, but if I do, choose wisely.

Slim, chic and savvy! SOSI basics.

Enjoying working my way through my wardrobe now I can see what I have and can mix and match outfits.

What do I declare myself to be today?
Warmer.

How can I stay slim, chic and savvy as the cold sets in?

What words of encouragement, insight, wisdom or humour does my future self have for me today?
Loving my new mindset, outlook and energy. The more weight loss and slimmer, toned version I see of me, the more I’m motivated to keep going.
