I’m currently feeling
Energetic.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Did my 5th workout of the week yesterday. Almost talked myself out of it but as it was Ist December and the start of the JWW 12 days of Fitness challenge, I thought I’d better make a good start. I was also aware that I’d be I’m unlikely to do a workout over the weekend. I’d even printed a workout tracker sheet to colour in each time I do a workout. I’m sure I’ve done over 150 now but my app hasn’t registered it yet. This morning I’ve woken up ready for today’s peal attempt. That’ll be my exercise for the day.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.

What result will I produce this month?
Only presents for birthdays and Christmas from here to the end of the year.

My tasks for the day is…
Peal attempt this morning in Ipswich. Maybe lunch in a pub. Home, reading, admin and relaxing.

What thoughts are holding me back? 
If we score today’s peal I’m one away from my 150th. I have sort of a plan to squeeze one in before the end of the year if we can. We’ve never scored one of these peals at Ipswich in all the time we’ve been asked.

What thought will I practice instead?
The band is good enough and the method simple enough if everyone stays awake.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
New (but been in the cupboard for ages) blue jeans. Grey workout style tshirt, grey, knee length cardigan. Need to be warm enough but not get overheated during ringing. No bracelet for peal ringing, grey stud earrings and birthstones necklace. Simple, practical.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Drive to Ipswich, ring and maybe a pub lunch, and walk around the shops.

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Solid ringing. If we score today, I’m one away.

How will I stay on track? What can I put in place to score my 150th by the end of the year?

If we score, all good. If we don’t, pressure’s off.
